city life. man i can live my everyday life and on the way to and from work i see something or hear something and get an idea from it. but in real hard times when my writers block is crazy ill listen to some music and listen to how they do their drums or how they put together something and it'll help a lot.

and this is comeing back on us in various ways.
I am starting to belive that -hit.

Lately my inspiration comes from the music I came up on, like the Beatnuts lp from '94, Artifacts, Lords of the Underground, Black Moon, early Wu Tang, early Cypress Hills, Funkdoobiest, Hiero... stuff like that been getting a ton of bump at my crib lately. Plus lots of newer ignant stuff like Juelz Santana, Purple City.... my sound that I'm trying to achieve is inbetween the golden era stuff and the new ignant stuff... if that makes any sense to you guys...

Actually all three Funkdoobiest albums are good. The first one is classic and it's the worst one... the second one was leaps and bounds over the first and the third one, TROUBLESHOOTERS is like totally left field of what they did the first two times around. Actually I met my best friend because we were working in the same job and he was going thru my cassette tapes in the breakroom and he goes, who's funkdoobiest is this? I was like mine... he goes I love those guys, and we started BSing about hip hop music and video games and been tight ever since.
