Sending data from computer to mpc?

is it possible to send data from my computer to my mpc?
what i mean is can i sample a sound in sound forge and send it to the mpc via midi or some other method? besides saving it to a ZIP and loading it to the mpc

no....the only basic way of transporting info between pc and mpc is by zip....your best bet is to get an internal zip drive for your mpc and a zip for your pc and just swap between the two.....and before you ask, the mPC does not support any kind of scsi transfer....
