time strectching and chopping in recyle

whos' doing this? anyone know how i can find the tutorial on this site that is supposed to be easily found in the search engine? tip/tricks? anyone? need the learn fast. i guess the manual may be of some help? anyone with something useful to say... please post

you cant time stretch in recycle, theres a stretch feature but that doesnt do the same thing.
