wondering what those frequencies are that u can just feel

i am mixing some of my sampled bass drums with a sine wave in soundforge.

i am just wanting that real low frequncy that u can just feel but not really audible to the ear.

is the sine wave the right way to go, and if so what should it be set at.

The threshold of hearing for the average ear cuts off at about 20hz <--low end. You need a sub to feel the rumble, like in the movies.
