nah but i think everyone went thru this went they first started, i know i did..
dont do 8 bars of the back, start with 2 and make a small loop, the same way u said snares on 2 and 4 the kicks in between..
if it sounds hot, copy and paste to make it more bars then erase some kicks and add some different patterns..
