HAS ANYONE TRIED THIS ON PRO TOOLS. I HEARD ABOUT DOING IT ON ACID BUT............... IF YOU HAVE ANY IDEAS OR TIPS LET ME KNOW. LIKE BLENDING ACAPELLA TRACK WITH A INSTRUMENTAL.

i've neevr done one but it just sounds like they take two records and mix them up, but when a vocal comes in you just EQ it so it's not over powering the other track then go back and forth as vocal parts come in
i use to do this way befor it was called mashups it was just a way to shapening my mixin skillz as a Dj,
but the things that come out now adays.
hope you can get some idea from this..

Follow the DJs advice but add Live 5 to your set and you can remix to your heart content. :D

Don't do mashups unless you can travel back in time to before they were played out.
