Lamp...

go ahead and tell us anyhow. Kats who don't know their gear are always askin real simple questions at the rec store, and I school them on gear I don't own.

Just this thursday a kid with a fake NY accent asked me "Yo son you make beats?" I sighed, took my headphones off and flipped my record covers over to the credits side and said, "Yep". He asked me what I was using and I said an old mpc 60, a couple keyboards and other old equipment. He said, "you know bout the 1000?" I told him, "Jus a little, you know, common knowlede and hearsay type sh*t." Then dude was like, "how do you use the filters and record beats on the 1k?"

I would have told him to "go post up in the newbie section of the store"

On BOTH Classic & Extreme there is a dedicated button in the back for LCD screen contrast.
