Triton is a full SAMPLER synth workstation, Trinity is not..
You have a Motif, why do you want a Triton also? That's cool though. Go with the Triton and don't even think about Tritnity 'cept for Matrix of course (she's nice).

You can record audio via Mbox into protools.

That hilarious.. Funny stuff for realz.. I feel ya though, peoples gotta eat and I agree 400%. Good humor haha....

Joebonix, use the MPC1k to trigger sounds in the Motif. That is more than enough right there, that' will keep you busy for a long time.. Use the 1k to sample since the motif is not easy for you.. As for the Mbox, on the Motif I've heard that the line is are active meaning that they are ALWAYS on just like the ASR10. hook your MPC to Motif Line in and Motif line out to mixer if that's the case with the Motif line ins... If not then you gotta do some more thinking about the situation..

Um, ok. That wasnt really the point of my post, but whatevs man. i been in and out the grind, I'm 25, dont trip of it.

What I was saying....the man is buying $1000s in gear and doesnt even know that he needs a mixer to get all his sounds in the MBox.

get you a sound module and save space...start your rack setup.

rack sound module + compressor + line conditioners + digital mixer is the same amount of money as a triton studio if you do some research on pricing. Do the math....those tritons are pricey, besides word is out that Korg will updating their triton line by next year with a new synth ....save your money till then. ( I guess they mad cause yamaha came out with the Motif ES  )

I'm not gettin you.... The Motif sampler ain't no different than every other sampler... The Motif was made for ease of use, and even though some shit on there might be a lil difficult.... the sampling ain't one of em.. B4 i got ma MP, i was sampling the hell outta my Motif..... whas your problem wit it?
