Yeah, how is it possible NOT to find the record button in Acid?

I've only used Acid 4.0, but I'm sure that 5.0 also has that function...

I 've had 4, and now 5, and in both you can record..The button is right by the play button.. :?

yes you can record audio, but it is not a multitrack recorder, until the new version comes out, this will make it comparable to ableton live 5

Use, Vegas. Same download page as Acid.. Similiar interface and 80% same menus.. audio/video Multitracker.. If you are familiar with acid then you should be very comfortable with Vegas..

I have been an acid user since 2.0 I had 2, 3 and now 5. I was gonna get six but ableton live 5 won out. acid 6 should be worth a spin though.
