Midi recommendations question

i got a pc and i got a m audio 49key midi controller. i was wondering what are some good programs to use it with that will have sounds to work with the midi keyboard? Im new to this so any advice is good advice..

Reason 3.0 is a good program to use it has all the sounds,synths,analog,morph,etc, Sequencing rewire.
