Sound forge and .snd formats.... - Convert?

Since sound forge doesn't recognizen the MPC .snd format, should i convert all the files to waves and then edit them?

Hello,

yes you'll have to save your sound in wav format (choose "save a sound" on the save screen), and them load it with soundforge. Please note that the mpc will only recognise 16 bit wav files, so when you save your sound in soundforge be careful and choose the right format.
