I BOUGHT A MPC 4000 FROM SAMEDAYMUSIC.COM AND GUESS WHAT?

the day when my 200xl got delivered, switched it on and the 'data wheel' did not work at all, infact it spun loose.
i got str8 on the phone and DEMANDED they courier service pick it up the next day, and bring a new one with them.
and so they did. 24 hours later i have a new one thats fine
that was 2 yrs back,
shit always happens to me, 1st zip drive i buy, broken,.... haha
i;m gettin some behringer monitors delivered next week, fingers crossed they ok!

i own my own studio and its gone from freelance to full time, so yeah ive had my fair share of gear that was DOA.

the most recent were some monitors, and the return of a supposedly "fixed" 21" monitor that cost a few grand. i simply called them up, in the case of the monitor they sent a courier over straight away and had it back to me by the next day. without being an **** you can depend on superior service from pro music retailers. its their business, its your business, and theres money at stake.

at the very worst you get your money back and order from somewhere else. nothing lost but time.

ps, whinging in capitals on a forum does make you look stupid. you could have dealt with the problem quicker then it took you to type your post.

yes u will get free 2nd day or overnight. probably even get some dollars knocked off. its all about how u act. we dont test the shit be4 we send it out. then people would complain oh my shit aint brand new its opened. theres no way to know. peace.
