whats the proper to save ur efz?

i need to how to save my efz(eb16) on my mpc..cause every time i save it doesnt have the efz..i mean under fxedit screen its the way i saved it but i got re apply the proper fx level and volume level every time?plus when i switch from diff program the efz dissapear and got re apply all proper fx level and volume level.what m i doin wrong...some help would be apprciated

Effects don't flow over to each program.
Set them one way and they are good for THAT program.

Effects and mixer setting are saved within the ALL file.
