This is a pretty commom problem over at the Digi website. Unfortunately, everyone seems to have different solutions and some still havn't figured it out. Your problem seems to be a bit different then most cuz you're not getting errors when trying to bounce, you're just not getting any sound from the bounce so I would think there's a bit more hope for you. Until you figure this out(I would suggest getting on the phone with their tech people, they're pretty cool about sittin' on the phone with you while trouble shooting) here is a work a round, I copied this from the Digi user forum, it's a bit inconvinient but it should get the job done for now.
Open your session and select file <--- "save session AS" and name it MYMIX.pts.
Now you can always go back to what you had, in your original file.
Ok.....now..... if you're using a master fader with some plugins on your mix, you'll need to create a Stereo Aux channel, and move these plugins to the inserts on your Aux, (you can just drag them by clicking on them and dragging to the aux inserts) - once moved, delete your master fader.
If you've no pluggins, ignore the above, except for openting the aux. - CALL the new aux "MIX-AUX"
Bring the volume of "MIX-AUX" up to 0db
while holding ALT down, assign one of your tracks out an unused Stereo bus (lets say bus 15 & 16)
Now all your tracks should be routed out 15 and 16 (if you had other sub groups assigned, go back, and re assign the original tracks to their propper aux - those auxes now returning bus 15 & 16 as well)
Set the Input of "MIX-AUX" to bus 15 & 16 and the output to another unused stereo bus (lets say 13 & 14)
Now SHIFT+CTRL+N (Create new track) Call it "2-MIX" set it's inputs to bus 13 & 14 and outputs to your main outputs for the x-box.
Record enable "2-MIX" audio track, and hit record.
You're now recording your 2 mix into pro-tools.
You can highlight the audio after it's finished recording, go to the Audio tab above the regions list, select "Export selected files as" pick 44,100 / 24 bit - stereo - WAV - pick your destination folder, and export the audio.
The audio file will be named the name of the track, so, in this scenario, if the location you picked was your desktop, it will put your 44,100 16bit stereo wav file named 2-MIX.wav on your desktop.
