Question for MPC users

When you create drum programs do you use Akai's guidelines labeled above the MPC's pads, your own custon setup or a General Midi setup to assign drum sounds to pads?

I like to use my own set up. So that I am comfortable with the pad arrangement. I I like my Kick and snare next to each other and my hats above them and so on. I also like to put the keys and/or bass lines on there seperate banks too.

Experiment and see what fits your style...
