MPC with softsynths

I want to use my MPC as my main sequencer, but I want to be able to load drum samples off the computer and also to control soft synths on the computer. What do I need for this setup?

If you're talking about being able to run VSTi soft-synths with your MPC you'd need a VST host (Cubase, Fruityloops, etc...), a midi interface for your computer, and two midi cables. MPC out to PC in, PC out to MPC in, set a track on the MPC to midi, set the device # to the VST's # and play.
