There is really no order once you track the beat,.....I would adjust the faders to a level on each track where I can here them, then start from there with everything........There's a whole lot when It comes to mixing down a beat...On some songs I have done it took me at least 2 mix downs to get it just right.!... On the other hand do whats comfortable for you or look further for a more in depth approach! There are a lot of cats on this forum with a great deal of knowledge of tracking......Im pretty sure someone will reply with some good info!

I just mix straight out of the Stereo outs. Do all the tweaking, panning etc inside the MPC and then just let it rip

i wanted to know if this is the right order. track, pan, dynamics, and then eq.
let the kid know please. good lookin'.

I usually just set the levels so everything sounds right to start off, MAYBE filter a lil on a track or 2 . I use the eq and pan only if sounds are competing with one another or if i want to boost or cut certain frequcies. Dynamics... I use sparingly, MIGHT compress a bused mix down of my drums, or gate a reverb (rarely) or wave form to a sound. I leave my dynamics mostly for the master chanel (eq->Compress->limit-> dither, in that order) I concentrate on get my mixes loud and clear as fast as possible.

There is no real order except getting good signal levels into the tracking device, maybe do a rough dry mix, pan, compress the drums a little to avoid high peaks and then eq...but there are no rules, it's really your call.

track it, adjust fader levels, pan, EQ, dynamic processing (comp, limit)
effect (delay, reverb), automation
