Ok, I propose a First Battle of the Beats, simple, peeps upload their beats to a site ( I am willing to offer mine when the HOST FINALLY PUTS IT UP!!!!!!), then we start a thread where we vote, the winner recieves nothing but the satisfaction that his beat is dopest, plus mad heads might get an idea or a new production technique, the reason I say this is cuz i get mad ideas for my own music just listening to other peeps, ya know a different perspective.....
kinda lika  dj battle.....only more fun, and not really a "battle".

When this does go down, can you e-mail everyone about it please?  because I don't want to miss out on this, because I sometimes don't get around to checking the site all of the time.  Thank you.

sounds good, here's a thought for rules:
1. only use the sounds provided to make the beat

2. it would be nice if you could add some stuff like, scratches, vocal samples etc, as long as it's not part of the beat.

3. processing or editing should be allowed, but you have to specify what you did to the sound, that way there's a lot to learn for everybody.

:) I'm down!!  Please keep me in the loop.  One suggestion.  Keep it all MPC.  What I mean by this is, provide what ever sounds you want, but all editing and tweaking has to be done in the MPC.  Some of us are limited to equipment on hand, ie. ME . :p
