60 beats a month aint really that hard. All it is, is about 2.5 beats a day for a week. The big number sounds big but break it down and its not that hard. We should all be able to make 60 beats a month.

when I started off I used to my 60 beats

yeah. as i said in the other thread im on like 2 or 3 a day. and most of em are keepers. oh no is wack to me anyways. im not really feelin his shi* and i think he bitin off lib too much

It seems the cats making mad tracks a day are just sitting and sampling while they make tracks with them samples. I need to try that.

Yeah thats what i was saying about the 60 in the other thread (why i cant deal with it as a standalone).

Ill start the day fire up the 3K, handle some biz, get back load a basic kit, sample a bunch of records, just leave those group of samples in the 3K, handle some more biz, eat dinner....by the end of the night I'll have like 10 sequences based of the samples i took that day, then I'll pick 3 or 4 to save or record.

Yeah, the filters and effects really make the 3000 a better standalone, but as a standalone, the RS7000 kills it except it isn't an mpc.

If the 60 didn't have the 3.10 OS I'd be on the 3000, but the layout still bugs me.

I'm gonna try that soon, I've heard great stuff from the 60 alone, but if you want more, might as well get more.

nah its pretty nice up here. Portlands only got like 250,000 people or whatever but its not bad. Decent size hip hop scene and lots of horny college girls
