Inspiration...

I was totaly out of ideas and creativity today in the studio, so I started to search for inspiration on the web, in magazines etc.
My question is: were do you guys get your inspiration, I meen apart from music...
It's not that I'm lazy and want to take a shortcut, and/or steal your ideas, BUT I think it would be inspiring to here where/how you find stuff that keeps your creativity flowing!

magazines, movies, others music. used to get real inspired by the herbals, but i dont do that no more. So i gotta put a fire under my ass to get workin.

Other music..... and movies also...I look for dvd's and documentaries on my favorite producers that show them in the studio while they are working.

books, man. read some vonnegut, some bradbury. i can't tell you how many songs have been jazzed by my favorite authors.

also, listen to music of a different ethnicity. middle eastern classical is some of my favorite. plus, as you're listening, you can pull some good percussion out of them every now and then - it's real good for some added warmth.

Man I tell ya sittin in on sessions of friends of mine inspires me because when you create it's a vibe thing and when I hear other people vibe it puts me in the state of mind to come up with the vibe I need to get going.

I get inspired from books,movies, street graphics. I get inspired also from my urban toys collection. I get inspired from my crate placed next to me. I get inspired from flyers live set and live set off course. I get inspired when i recognize that someone's beat is better than mine.I get inspired from any type of music as long as i can see there's a soul involved.I get inspired from my mpc (even if i would like to customize it).I get inspired from my tag in front of me.I get inspired from my monitor all covered by stickers.
