Anybody here up on Maschine yet?

Good pads after you get used to them, but I promise you I tried to completely pull one out of it's square fitting the first time I noticed that they did that.

I encountered a used Maschine online for 300$, after some deliberation I decided I would buy it. I'm a bit nervous.

Congrats and welcome to the Maschine community. Once you have the registration transferred to you, make sure to download the 1.5 public beta from the NI website so you can play with things like SP1200/MPC60 simulation and MPC program import. And go here if you haven't already:

guilty as charged tried the same thing

I`m picking up a maschine this week but I kept my 4k. I let go my other mpc and mpd24. Change has come. See ya on the forum. I already use battery, massive, and kontakt so it was inevitable.

Cool! Any idea how you are going to set it all up?

I mix and track into logic studio so I will run it as a plugin. I also have ableton live too. I like the fact that I can use the controller for other software parameter too in mapping. I may use both maschine and my 4k together I have to see how it goes when it arrives by Thursday this week in time for 1.5 ver too.

As long as it works fine and the license gets transferred, you've won. That's a deal.

ordered one too. should have it tuesday. I just want something different from time to time to spark creativity. i love new equipment (hard and software). we are definitely headed towards more computerized music in 2010 and beyond. keeping my motif es6 and mpc3kle incase i cant get with maschine but i believe it will be super slick.

its kinda funny that you have to rely on the ni confirmation to used the fookin maschine.big brother and underground music anyone???one of the reasons i jacked my maschine in... ........still it has to be said,great updates...
