Basically whatever I'm going for at that moment. If I'm going to be mixing/recording at a pro studio I always mix down the reason sounds and import them in my mpc cause it just makes things alot easier if you have any custom sounds. But usually I just sync reason(or any vst) to my mpc and record it into my daw after the beats done.
