Sort of, but I really don't care...
I'm kidding - you have to remember those loops are from other loops that were made by someone else who sampled some other loops so it's like, who am I really sampling - the finished product usually doesn't sound like what I started with, plus the newer the track, the crisper it sounds - I've sampled my own tracks and reused those loops
I have a theory about it all - loops are made from other loops that were made from other loops and the looping never ends - I'm sure there are more purist out there than people who sample but really I'm just into making jams...it's not as easy as it sounds but it's not exactly rocket science either - I'm not looking to recreate something someone else made but use a little bit of this and little bit of that - it works - besides what's cooler than being cool?
