I love this forum. i always reply to newbie questions when i have the time, and i wouldn't mind donating to help pay for this site. But i do not need any sample packs.
Buying samples and subsribing to the new mpc2000.net? Why?

I try to support this forum by posting usefull replies, not by buying stuff i don't need.
Tutor, if you need cash holla

you know, I cant front though, i'm guilty when it comes to the dumb newb attitude thing....not to everyone who posts here cause there are some valid questions and to a degree, not everything that we take for granted(saving, zips, so and so)can be easily sorted out the first few go rounds with the mpc so it makes sense that someone would come in and ask a question....then again some questions defy logic as to whether the person has actually sat down with or even owned an mpc at all, but then again tahts what this site is for too......I try to help when I can but alot of times, an easy question would require alot of energy cause that would mean having to in most cases take the time to retrace that poster's steps to diagnose the problem-thats why I never chime in on scsi, midi, computer setup, or software issues....but he good thing is that theres are wealth of people here to help so I just simply stay to the Off Topic forums...I like to consider that to be like seasoned mpc user retirement or something........as for the whole advertisement debate-Cant really say anything new that hasnt been added....I purchased 4 sets of kits from this site awhile ago..they were okay, I was expecting more but while I was disatisfied with them I simply found another solution that worked and took comfort in the fact that i actually supported this whole movement-its kinda like an investment in a hopefully long term grassroots user support......

I got no prob helping a new cat out what I do have a problem with is somebody not taking the time to try and figure it out themselves before asking. I know the forum is here to help but some people just come in and ask 3million questions before they turn on the machine.
