What exact version of JJOS are you using?

There are editing functions in grid edit, copy/paste/delete/etc.

im using the free jjos, and i was able to solve my problem by deleting the note that was there before the over dub and it let the one i put on top of it play, but i still need to learn how to move the even.

if ur interested in hearing the finished product its here(supposed to be kinda off beat), just experimenting with some new sounds.

I just know that when people try to do too much in one box, sh*t ends up really convoluted and the focus is no longer on their music but on HOW to program/tweak their machine/MPC. Once the focus is taken away from the music, it could be a slippery slope to climb back up in the same session.

I break my focus on my machine(s) up. Some times I turn them on to just MESS with things, play around. Others - I turn it on to make music.

Just in case that my sentiment about not trying to complete too much too quick on one machine without already knowing what you're doing. It's easy to get lost/frustrated, and that is NOT what creation is about (often times ).

It's a really good view~ I always wanna making things through MPC although my main DAW is logic ,,,but making beats with MPC only is not a good way
