triton le or yamaha motif?

I have the Triton Sound Set on the Karma as well as a couple of the expansion boards. I also have the Motif Rack. For what I do the Motif sounds are superior...I'm actually thinking of losing the Karma after this project is done. I think the Motif sounds can carry me through several projects before I burn out on it. As with most Keyboards or rack units I find there are about 20 favorites out of the lot. Even with ample tweaking you can only use a favorite sound on one recording (per artist) before it starts to seem like you are using it as a crutch (Drum and Bass sounds excepted)
