MPC-1000 used as loopstation

ive thought of tryna do the same thing with my 1000, i dont think it can work the same way though... loopstations r sic tho

it's all got to be done on foot pedals if you plan to use ableton live. Did you watch that kid beyond video someone posted? instead of beatboxing, it would be totally possible to use that foot pedal thing he has for scratching.

That would be awesome to have a setup like that. Just like using a loopstation, but a million more possibilities.

man, dunic, i totally missed your post about the rc20. Hmmm, it kind of does sound better than ableton now you put it that way.

And i've always hated computers anyway. Is there a way to bring various loops in and out of the rc20, or do you just have to keep stacking layers one on top of the other?
