When working with modules did I forget to mention that not only do you get a longer key range but you'll find that each key has a sample assigned to it. Sounds/sample that you won't even know exist using a MPC which only has 64 pads let alone a 61 key keyboard controller. I use a Studio logic by Fatar SL 880. I only paid $300 for mine's used, like 2 years ago. Do the math. Not only is it a 88 key but it's weighted keys a big difference from the plastic keys. But don't take my word for it. Look it up.
