This is DJ Egadz in this video. I just found this vid today and thought it was quite nasty.

as for the layout i use, it is like this: tamb/shak/various/crash
snar/snar /hh /ohh
hh /snar/hh /various
kick/kick / kick /kick

thumbs on the kicks, left hand on the snares, and right on the hats/cymbals.
