Sync mpc to daw

I've saved some samples from the mpc on floppy and loaded them in protools free. Now, if I sync the mpc to protools free by mtc, can the daw follow the mpc's sequence and play the samples according to the sequence?

If so, how can it be done? 'Cause right now, each sample has it own track in protools but it's not following the sequence of the mpc.
