Mpc 2000xl and other samplers - Hey hey!

Ok, last night my buddy came over to my crib to lay some trax down, he plays guitar and bass and I dont so I was psyched about having him play the synth bass parts in my songs live so I can have a live feel to my tracks, he brings his akai s20 phrase sampler with him, cuz he uses it for click tracks and other stuff, I asked him to leave it so I could play with it for a while, man, that is a sweet little sample box, it aint close to a pro sampler, but its mad nice.[/color]

talk about toys, my first sampler wasn't even midi capable, it was an old Gemini dj sampler. lol no pads, just one button to trigger the sample, if I wanted a different pitch, I had to move the fader back and forth.[/color]
