Does AnyBody Use CDXtract Software?

Hello,

I am working an a collection of drumkits for my MPC4000.
I would like to convert this colletion for use on my akai S3000XL.
I am using a Mac G4 w/OSX.

My Question is. Will CDXtract do this for me?

I'm not so sure that it will work. But, if you save your MPC4000 sounds as WAVs, you can use another conversion program to get them into the S3000XL. Looks like CDXtract doesn't yet save to S3000 format nor to the MPC4000 format. But that may be old news. It may work. Check them out and ask.

?? I think i converted some s5000 smaples the other day, so s3000 should be before that right? I don't remember seeing mpc4000 though.

mpc 4k is compatible with s5000 and wav, along with alot of other shit I dont remember off hand right now

If all else fails convert to basic wav, try loading them now in s3000 it might be compatible

Cd XTract did not do what I wanted It To do. However, it did do a good job of converting my kit for software samplers.
