hey whats up everyone.
i saw this reason refill set that was for vintage drums, like old gretch sets
and such. i wanted to snag that but i assume there are no wav files on it, so i was asking if there was anyway to make them work on the mpc.
i think they are in rex format. maybe i can open them up in recycle and then convert them to wav? anyhelp would be much appreciated.

Yea you could definitely convert them to Wav from Recycle... I do it all the time... Open up the Rex files and then go to ----- File> Export... Export the newly chopped drums as Wav files onto a Zip or you computer or whatever and load them into your MPC... should be no problem.

some companies are starting to include the raw wave files of the refill samples on the cd. i think you are talking about sonic refills by sonic reality and yes there are wave files included on the cd of the refill samples.
