Checking for drummers or percussionists in mind using these drum machines on the forum. Watching that KeepinginTime Video was inspirational! :D

Hmmm, I`m not a drum major as far as studying in school or lessons; however, I loved listening to drums and banging on anything to make a rhythm back in the day. Sometimes over here on the streets there are street musicans playing with a full drum kit and the drummer is going off and I check it for a minute studying the rhythms. Also I watched a video with drummers playing and listening to how they hit the drums and change up their timing it was new insight for me. So I was wondering if anyone else started out like using the old plastic practice drum pad, or has a buddy that plays drums or check out some jazz performances live, tv, off a record, or cd and on tape watching the drummer play those cool ass breaks. Drums, Drums, Drums :D

I've been playing drums since I was 10 years old. I had a few years where I didn't have the opportunity to play as much as I would have wanted to, but now I'm back on full blast.

Ain't nothing like banging those skins!!
