Setup-help

I've been using hardware to create tracks in the past, Now I'm tryin to use my hardware with software to make even better beatz, But I think I may have went overboard with the software and Now I stuck tryin to figure out which ones should I use or can I use them all together or should use them seperate and make tracks off just the software...
main Hardware:
MPc 3000
yamaha Motif es 7
triton 61 key workstation.
Sofatware--
Fl studio 4
Cakewalk: Sonar producer edition 3, Project 5, Vst adapter 4
Sonar sound forge 7.0
cool edit pro
reason 2.5

i suggest you get a mixer in the set up to combine all your hardware.

...and if you don't have one, a multiple in and out (8) midi interface will be very helpful.

Soundforge and Cooledit pretty much do the same thing, you can use it to record audio, loop, or master a track.
FL studio 4 and Reason are also pretty similar although most people prefer Reason's synths.
Sonar would be your best bet to use in combination with your hardware cause it's got better midi functions than FL and Reason.

Good looking everybody.. I kinda thought some of the programs were basically the same it was just determining which ones would have the best impact when mixing with my hardware.

looks like u got 2 much equipment and too many options, is software combined with that hardware really gonna enable u to make better beats? if may offer an alternative way of working but not sure about better beats.

Word, this is a classic case of too much equipment syndrome. If you get rid of that Motif ES by giving it to me, I guarantee the quality of your beats wil drastically improve...
