Way to re-save a Q-Linked sample?

Sorry, I'm new and I'm not sure if this is the right spot, and you gotta trust that I tried to use the search but got some really far out stuff.

My question is if there is a way to save a sample after you have added a Q-Link alternation(is that the right word?) to it. For example right now I'm just using the (TUNE) function under q-link for most of my loops, I can't get all the timestretching/pitchshifting down right, so I just use the tune for a quick shot at what I'm looking for. Once I adjust the slider for the sample, i would like to be able to resave it with that Q adjustment (notably the tune job) so I can go back and rechop the sample without having to deal with time/pitch shifting.... Is this possible? Thanks for any help.

you can save the effects of a q-link as part of a sequence, but that doesn't alter the original sample, so it's probably not what you want

there might be a better way, but what I would do is re-sample, which makes a new sample from whatever is playing. so if you play the tuned sample and record that, then you can use that new sample instead of the original.

to re-sample set the sample Input source to MAIN OUT, and it will sample whatever is playing on the main outs. trim that and save it. now you have a new sample with the altered tuning
