controlling waldorf microwave "cc" from mpc2500

hello guys

i would like to send midi "cc" from the 2500 to the waldorf microwave

specially interested on filter freq - resonance - env amount

i already know how to assign this to the mpc q link..what i dont know is wich cc number its on the microwave..or how to assign it...

yes been ready manual on the microwave but cant find a chart list of this parameters,,like in any other synth like prophet or evolver..
