A friend just got an M–box and I'll be taking my MPC over for the weekend. What I'm wondering is can I save a midi sequence from my MPC to a zip disk and load it in a computer sequencer(does ProTools have a sequencer or is it just an audio recorder?). It seems like this would be the easiest way to set everything up and have it all synced before recording the audio.
I would think this would definitley be possible, cause a midi file is a midi file, but I've never messed with computer sequencers.
