Well I don't really hear any fuzz in the basslines, but to get the smoother sound, you can usually run some low pass filters over the bassline to cut out the highs which helps smooth things over. Also adding different types of distortion followed by low pass filters can add some roughness or fuzz to the sound. Of course the lowpass is essential to this process. But in the examples you posted the basslines have all the highs cut, so definetely a low pass or 2 with a low frequency setting
