Midi MPC (MPD32) ideas??!

Im using the MPD 32 in ableton. Im trying to get ideas for mapping knobs and faders on the mpd what do the MPCs use that is essential to have when programming drums?? Im sure ppl on the forum have been using MPCs for long while now and id greatly appreciate any knowledge in keeping that style with the MPD.
