Fine tuning drums

Working in Logic Pro
Is there any solution to get individual drum hits to pitch differently not in a semitones but in cents?
Anyway to apply different attack, decay, ect...to each individual hit?

When I do it, it affects all the samples within the loaded ESX24 instrument.
Am I doing something wrong?
