Heya,
Mixing a track of mine in Pro Tools. Sounds fine until the part where it goes from quiet drums / synths / guitars into two droning Ebow guitar parts and the drums go loud (are meant to anyway).
When the track hits that change it kinda drops volume (i want it to be louder and more epic than the rest of the track)... but it does the opposite.
If i mute the drums, everything becomes louder again. Same if i mute the Ebow guitars... the drums and everything else go loud again... but when i have the Ebows and drums together it goes quiet. Like they're canceling each other out.
The Ebows are panned 1 each way hard left/right and the drums are panned in between that (drums are only 3 tracks... kick, snare, hats).
Any ideas?
