virtual synths, your favourite? + arturia wont auto map?

whats good..

i been messing with logic alot lately bcoz i use i for uni, and i'm likin it!

first a little story.. i was gonna buy a new controller coz my axiom 25 is a piece of doo doo & there was a sale on at my mates store, lookin at the novation sl mk2 or the zero, contemplating the purchase in my studio 500 odd bux just to have more knobs to tweak for the virual world when i looked over at my kawai 5000s just collecting dust...
i wonder if that synth sends out cc's from the knobs booom! i grabbed my usb/midi cable & it does, now i have a 61key midi controller with 18 x127 degree knobs and 2 multi switch knobs to control my virual synths in whatever daw.. this was an awesome day for me coz now i can actually use this shitty additive synth for something other than a pad sound hahah



so anyways whats your favourite vst synth you use or some good virtual-anaolg ones??

i been playin with the minimoog v and the korg polysix, the korg ones map pretty sweet, but the arturia synths dont map very well or at all, anybody noticed this or can help???

my 2 favorites are minimogue and arpee. They are easy to use and come with great sound.

can u map the minimoog to ur controller easy enough? what daw do u use?
i cant seem to get it going

ok for future reference, i use logic and had trouble mapping my controller to control minimoog v... hold 'command' and click on knob then press learn and twist knob on hardware......= workslike a charm, thanks again me!

Albino has a good sound and really nice arpeggiator.

FWIW Novation Automap sucks donkey balls.
