I got a couple sales on the table but im not gonna give out my fully tracked out beats anymore.Id rather give out my fully mixed 2 track version but i dont think i should limit it right? A friend of mine whose been gettin constant sales just throws on the t-racks finalizer preset and he's done and the final product sounds good still with all dynamics intact.I gave out a tracked beat recently and didnt like the mix! Honestly i dont think they did anything with it PLUS,I dont want anyone jackin my drum sounds.Im thinkin maybe a lil compression on the master and hopefully they leave headroom for the ME engineer. What do u guys think is the best way?

when i sell a beat if its not an exclusive purchase they aint gettin no multitrack beat. just the 2 trak wave, and yes don't use any limiting. let them record to it and then they send it off to mastering.
no point in limiting the beat just so they could record and then limit the hell out of it again.
