Sequencer timing issue ?

Well, got the studio finally back up only to discover that my audio box is running outta sync after a minute or so. Tried messing around with a few settings n buffers but still the same shit ? it's as if the signal just drifts out of time after a few minutes... Then the midi ends up being recorded totally out of sync also and not how you just played it in ??

Got so pissed that I took out my Echo and plummed in my older EMU 1820 box and - guess what - the same problem after a very short period ! So, this is telling me that the problem lays within Cubase settings, but I've tried most of what I know and nada ?? Any ideas ?

hmmm thats weird, you have tried setting your i/o buffer lower?

the lower it is when recording the better, the higher it is during mixing the better.

that is weird it just seems like its random though, i dont know really what else to tell you.
