s950 floppy disks?

just got an s950, picked up some blank floppys - verbatim MF 2hd, but they wont format in s950

keeps showing "disk not ready" with all the lights flashing on the unit , cant find anything about it in manual about,

which floppys are ok?

Those floppies should be fine.
I suggest you take the lid off and check the ribbon and power connection to the drive before anything else. Just make sure they are pushed in properly at both ends.
If that doesn't cure it, come back here for more advice.

just realised i was pressing format the "sh204/5" .. doh!

got it sorted now , need to watch the wee arrow more carefully
