Speed Up/Slow down...Software

I'm curious to know what software do y'all use to speed up/slow down samples? do you know any software that's got an interactive pitch control like on turntables? by the way, i currently use Sonar 2.1XL and it sucks at doin this.

native instruments dj studio, its basically two turntables and a mixer with a gui. pretty cool.
