Using my mpc with reason synced so when i press play on the mpc reason sequencer follows i was using it for automation on finished beats in song mode but im wondering how i can have each mpc sequence have its own automation it would be great if i could do this instead of the whole song.i just cant wrap my head around it because if you put it on a single sequence and change that sequence it will be on that one to.

Anyone who has done this before help me out please so i can understand how to do this because it would really help me out thanks

The easiest way would be to either track everything out individually in reason or sample in to the mpc and chop it up. Not sure what you're trying to do. I use pro tools with reason/ rewire and it's never been a problem.

Im using reason for my sounds like a sound module and have it sycd to reason so when i press play on the mpc it triggers reasons transport to follow im just trying to get more variation to my beats like drops lfo wobbles things like that using reasons automation.
The way you said would probably be the like the way i am currently doing it waiting to complete the song then adding automation at the end then i track the beat into cubase not individual tracks but the whole thing because i only have a cheap soundcard to track to.
The problem im having is as im building the song i want to have automation on different sequences but it dont know how to do it because with the sequencer in reason following i dont know how to lock it to individual sequences im drawing the automation into reasons sequencer by the way

thanks for your reply hope you can find me a good solution
