Help with sound card

Yo how's it goin, need a lil help!
i just installed my soundcard(Audiophile 2496) and when i hook up my Mpc2kxl(stereo outs into analog ins)i cant get it to play any sounds.i also have Nuendo 2.0 to track my beats into but i cant until i find out why my sh*t wont play. can someone help my dumba$$ plz>?

M-Audio software usually installs its own control panel that you need to mess around with so you can get sound routed correctly.

Read the install instructions on how to get into it.
