who does this?

check it out how many of you start, or have started a beat with a snare on 1 in stead of 2, or in other words how many of you have started with the down beat,
i've heard song start off like this, when i would spinn hip hop there are some tracks that start like that and you just srcatch the snare into the beat.

just asking cause i was messing around with this beat and i started with the snare on 1 and the bass kik on 2 when usually it's the other way around right!? this just feels a little weird to me because when i dj, i got my stuff hooked up hamster style(thats with the fader reversed).

any comments on this ....
would like to hear another mind on this.

i have a few beats where it starts with a snare as opposed to a kick but it only matters for the 1st bar cos once the loops gets going u dont notice.
